Pazhakadai · How it works · Version 1

How Pazhakadai works

Every box is one part of Pazhakadai: the people who use it, the apps they open, the shop's server, and the outside services it relies on. The flows play one after another every 10 seconds. Pick a flow to stay on it, or click any box to see what it does.

Flow
Highlighted boxes and moving lines show the selected flow. Grey parts are not involved in it.

    Rules that keep it simple

    Pay first, always

Every online order is paid through Razorpay before it is placed. There is no cash on delivery.

    Full refunds only

Only an admin can refund, and always the full amount. Customers call the shop to cancel.

    A date, not a time

The shop sets an estimated delivery date when packing. There is no live tracking.

    One stock per branch

Online orders and the counter sell from the same stock, so the numbers always match the shelf.

    Every change is recorded

Stock entries, price changes, refunds and status overrides all record who did them and why.

    Works on a phone

If the counter computer or printer is down, staff log in on a phone and send bills on WhatsApp.
